Mark Roberts

Mark has over fifteen years experience in the technology services sector, combining time in corporate sales, service management and business development. Mark started his career, with Fujitsu Services a leading European IT services solution provider, before moving to Stream International where he was responsible for UK & Ireland sales. During a recent 6 year stint in Silicon Valley he spent time working with a number of startup companies, including Connexed Technologies, where he was responsible for business development strategy. Mark holds a Business Studies degree and an MBA from the University of Liverpool. mark@chelp.com

Chris Kurjan

As an innovation consultant, Chris Kurjan has lived and breathed product, service, and experience design for 16 years, most of that with the international firm IDEO. Her solid project management and engineering experience there and with Apple (California), Sulzer (Switzerland), and General Dynamics (Texas) means she's used to making concepts real, bringing ideas to production.
